PayTP is the work of Martin Walfisz, published for public comment. It is not a product, a service, or an endorsement.
Published to establish prior art. An earlier version of this specification was first published as PayIP (payip.org) in October 2025, establishing prior art for the mechanisms it describes. The author asserts no patent claims over the protocol, will not assert any against implementations, and encourages implementation by all parties.
